Using 100% Colombia cacao from sustainably sourced Criollo beans, representing only 5% of the world’s cacao production. A Competition Quality Colombia Geisha Coffee with a Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Cup Score of 90+. Originating from Zarza farm, this coffee is sourced from a multiple world championship competition winning producer that utilizes a unique washed process. This is a very special Geisha coffee that presents with an exceptionally complex flavour profile that exhibits general fruitiness, a range of citrus notes, as well as a rich array of distinct tropical fruits (1 Bag, 250g).

Evok Chocolate: A chocolate specifically curated from one of the world’s best luxury chocolatiers hailing from the beautiful and biodiverse country of Colombia. This chocolate presents with notes of cardamom, cinnamon, and orange, and was chosen specifically because its notes pairs well and compliments the flavours present in the Colombian Geisha coffee. For this reason, we recommend that the chocolate and the coffee be enjoyed together as a special pairing (3 Different Chocolate Bars, 300g).
