The cold brew is prepared in small batches using a special proprietary blend of coffees that are graded 90+ per the SCA cupping protocol. This cold brew has been a favourite of distinguished chefs and refined culinary establishments and is sometimes used in a variety of ways, but our guests much prefer to enjoy it as is.
